Liar's Dice & Bluff Party on the App Store is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That standard EULA is the agreement between you and the app for the iOS download.
The $4.99 Pro unlock (com.qdravis.partydice.pro_lifetime) is a one-time non-consumable sold by Apple.
It is not a subscription and it has no free trial. Apple handles the payment and any refund under App Store policy.
